The following description is taken from this sites archives.   “With a conventional elevating knee on one side, the base, was formed into a large socket at the back to accept the swivelling-head unit. At each side of the main cylindrical boss were elevating "V" pads, the function of which is unclear. I don’t know very much about it as I picked it up with a ML7 lathe about 8 years ago and have only used it twice. Hence selling  and I could do with the room in my garage. I did make a stand for it which you are more than welcome to if you want it. I think the previous owner made a couple of mods to the auto feed.

It is heavy, probably built to last for a couple of millenniums, so sorry but will have to be collected. It does split nicely in to 4 manageable pieces but ideally would need two to hump it into a hatchback or van. Although I did manage it on my own in to the back of my old Fiesta when I picked it up, But I was younger and healthier then.
