Sold: Harrison M250 Lathe

For Sale: Harrison M250 Lathe 5.7" x 30" (long bed). Mounted on the maker's stand with a full-length splashback, hardened bed, infinitely variable-speed drive from a 1-phase to 3-phase converter, a 2-axis DRO and dual inch/metric feed dials. This lathe is in excellent condition and equipped with coolant, the original 5" 3-jaw chuck with inside and outside jaws and a large collection of soft jaws; a 6-inch Burned 4-jaw chuck; fixed steady (with both ball-bearing tipped and brass-tipped arms), Quick-set toolpost, thread-dial indicator, Morse taper 4.5 to 3MT, a couple of long threaded backstops, 17 changewheels that cover both metric and some imperial threads, a spare D1-3 backplate, an original worklight running on 12-volt DC LED bulb,  The DRO gives travel resolutions of 0.002mm on the X and 0.01mm on the Y reading. An additional switch is fitted to allow Jogging and, when operated the spindle will run only while a green button is pressed - a very useful facility when tapping.
