I now have my own workshop that I can fit a lathe in - and I'm ready to buy.

I'm looking for a small lathe capable of metric threading, hopefully with a lot of accessories included to save some effort tooling myself up, so I can get stuck in straight away with the learning. Ideally, a belt-drive lathe which I will power from a 3-phase inverter. I will struggle to move the lathe, as I don't drive, so local to me in Glasgow is ideal.
