South Bend Model C lathe. This is an older backgeared and screwcutting model in full working order but in need of servicing and smartening up. It has a flat belt drive from an underhung, single-phase 240-volt motor with a proper Dewhurst reversing switch. Also included are a 7.5-inch faceplate, a 3-jaw chuck, the correct 6-inch half-depth body 4-jaw independent chuck, high-quality Eclipse angle plates, three tailstock chucks, Morse taper centres, Morse taper adapters, turning, boring and knurling tools, a light unit and lots of other small, useful items - all shown in the photographs. There are three storage drawers and a drip tray.   49” long and 17.25" wide. The overall height of the machine on the bench is 45”. Everything you need to get started is included.
