An early version of a Cowells Wheel & Pinion Cutter in very good working condition.

Tested and working, in very good condition with no visible rust or corrosion.

A small amount of the silver paint has chipped from the plastic belt cover but overall it appears in good shape with no damage. I've tried to photograph condition as best I can.

It has been stored for many years in a warm dry space.
