Catalogues for the Jones & Shipman High-precision, High-speed bench drills with enclosed belt drive. Models 8" Model 616 Coded "Minor"; the later 8" Model 816 (with an optional built-in light Code B) and the 14" (Major). These drills had small build changes over the years and various speed ranges to order including 1400, 3,000 and 6,000 as standard and slower and faster options up to 10,000 r.p.m. The earliest types appear to come from the mid 1930s and the last from the 1950s. 6 pages.
