Cataract (Hardinge) Unfortunately there was never a "Manual" for the Cataract lathe and millers - but there is a wonderful full-range Catalogue showing all the Precision Bench and Screwcutting Lathes, Milling Machines, Automatic Gear and Pinion Cutters, Drills and the full accessory range made from the early 1900s to the early 1930s. Although not a Manual, there are many descriptive and illustrative details of the machines' construction and drive systems including Sectional Drawings of the various headstocks.
