South Bend Shaper Operation Manual (also found badged by D0-All) . This is the one we sell as the best general guide to using a shaper. Although, of course, the instructions on settings and adjustment are specific to the South Bend machine, most of its content is applicable to running any shaper. There is a particularly good section on cutting tools and holders and annotated diagrams showing the names of parts. 23 well-illustrated pages - but no parts list. Includes a copy of the manual for the Boxford Shaper made in England - this being a close copy of the South Bend,.
