Granville Lathes: no manual was ever issued (but see below) but reproductions od the complete set of known Catalogues for this make is available and consist of: "Star" Sales, Specification & Accessories:  "Senior" 3.5" and 4" Models - two Sales, Specification & Accessories publications: 12 pages. "Senior" 3.5" Model, Publicity booklet issued by the makers and the Granville/Centec miller. 30 pages. To help with Granville I'd recommend the following book: "The Amateurs Lathe".

Grayson lathes were also sold badged variously as "Winfield", "Granville", "Warwick", "London" and "Randa" - (though the last-named also sold lathes of a different design). These three 3.5-inch and 3-inch Sales & Technical Specification & Accessories Catalogue cover all types Three editions, one early and two later. One is the very rare edition titled "Graduate" - a name used for a time on the late version of the traditional "Grayson-baged" version. 17 pages, including a screwcutting chart.
