Meddings Type F14 Pillar Drill with backgear. The F.14 is the top-of-the-range version of this high-quality drill with a solid column and the articulated, swing head - the latter, combined with the rotating table, allows a great variety of work to be undertaken. The low-speed backgear to the head combined with the direct V-belt drive provides eight speeds from 80 to 1500 r.p.m. Rack and pinion rise to the 20" x 20" T-slotted table. An ex-university machine, little used from new and in superb condition and perfect working order. A high-quality machine vice is included.
