Sold: Harrison M250 Colchester Centre Lathe 750mm, 3phase + Extras

For sale is this ex-education Harrison M250 centre lathe.

280 mm - 11-inch swing

750 mm (30-inches between centres)

This is a 3-phase 415V machine with standard 16-amp 3-phase red plug.

Optional rubber feet included. Also includes emergency foot stop and lockable cabinet.

This lathe was originally purchased new in 1990 and has only had very rare use.Most original tools that came with the machine are still included and most of them unused. 


The lathe comes complete with the accessories listed below:

The chuck already in the machine is a Bison 3544-125/3 it has 3 jaws and it also has 3 extra jaws with the reverse design. (see enclosed images)

On image A you also see the other included items. a 275mm face plate. The original box for the chuck in the machine.

A 160mm self centering chuck with 4 jaws.

Another face plate or chuck (I am not sure but please see image A)

2 original chuck keys, one with spring and one without.

Image B shows the 4 original rubber feet.

Image C shows the 3 additional tool holders (in addition to the one already mounted to machine)

9 yellow Nova tools unused in original packaging (same age as machine).

4 yellow Nova tools lightly used

4 other tools used

Image E shows original box for Colchester Morse Taper with rotating centre already mounted on machine.

1 Jacobs 34-06 6 Taper

1 8811-3 Lathe rotating centre with 1 extra rotating centre

1 sleeve, not sure what it is but it would fit over the rotating centre.
